How much hair do I need for a sew in?
A. For a full natural look, we recommend 3 bundles especially for long bundles. Each bundle weighs between 3.0 - 3.5 ounces. The hair is sold by weight. The longer the bundle, the short the weft.
How many tape in bundles should I purchase?
A. For full look, 3 - 4 bundles is recommended, depending on the space the head allows. If you want the fullest look, 5 bundles is recommended, depending on the space the head allows.
WHAT COLOR DOES THE HAIR COME?
Natural DARKEST BROWN. Hair can be color treated to desired looked. Be sure to keep colored hair moisturized and conditioned.

Q. How long does Level27 Hair collection last?
A. With proper maintenance our Premium collection will last three to five years . With proper maintenance our ponytails and tape in extensions will last at least a 2 years or more.
Q. How do I maintain Level 27 Hair Collection?
A. Wash hair with warm water and moisturizing shampoo (quality sulfate free recommended) - Condition hair with COLD water and moisturizing conditioner. Wash thoroughly. - ALWAYS air dry to ensure hair stays shiny and does not appear brittle. Do not roll or rub hair. Pat dry with towel and allow to air dry. - Before bed, always wrap with Level 27 satin bonnet. - If wearing curly hair, ensure you are applying curl defining leave-in conditioner or product and combing/brushing with a wide tooth comb.
Returns
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Due to the nature of our products, Level 27 Luxury Collection, LLC does not issue refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
How do I return an item?
ALL SALES ARE FINALS. NO REFUNDS.
If it is determined that Level 27 Luxury Collection is at fault for the customer receiving an incorrect product, we will exchange the product. All exchanges must be returned in the original condition.

How many day take for shipping?
Processing takes 3-5 business days. Please allow up 13-20 business days for delivery. PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS ON LAUNCH DAY, ANY/ALL SPECIAL PROMOTION SALES
Level 27 is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service and file a claim.
Level 27 does not hold responsibility for packages once they are shipped.
Processing
Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or adjusted. Please be sure to double check orders before completing your purchase. Level 27 Luxury Collection is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Please keep record of your tracking number.
